Coaching Circles

The coaching circle is a unique approach for providing guidance to a group of leaders who hold similar roles or may be experiencing similar challenges. In this coaching, the participants not only benefit from the direct coaching but also from the experience and issues faced by their colleagues.

Coaching circles typically last 2 to 4 hours with groups as large as 12 leaders. This approach is especially impactful for leaders new in their roles or after a recent restructuring of a team.

Catalyst

This is our flagship coaching process designed for executives and high potential leaders. In this approach, we start by conducting behavioral interviews with key stakeholders to identify patterns of behaviors. Then the process continues to engage the critical stakeholders not only in providing feedback and feedforward but also by having them hold the leader accountable for the desired changes. More than 95% of leaders who go through this coaching measurably improve their leadership effectiveness according to their stakeholders.

During transitions, leaders usually struggle with understanding and defining the new team and organization dynamic, norms, and expectations. When not addressed quickly this leads to confusion and dysfunction.
