Team Building

We engage your team in a series of exercises and self-reflection activities to learn how to support each other and improve their performance.

At the end of the session the team will: 

  • Gain a thorough understanding of the expectations and challenges of building and maintaining a cohesive team
  • Discuss the implications of communication and how to leverage internal communication efforts to ensure alignment throughout the organization
  • Address the effectiveness of team meetings
  • Identify and begin building the roadmap necessary to ensure a successful transition to a cohesive and performing team

Strategy Deployment

Developing a strategy is the easy part, the challenge is getting everyone in the organization to see clearly what the company does that is unique, where the company is headed, why the work is important, how they need to contribute, what principles guide decisions, and behaviors, and what is the timeframe.

Our role is to simplify this process for you. We use a thoughtful approach to helping your team get excited about the change and guide them to hear it, believe it, and live it.

We help craft a deployment plan to ensure your transformation takes hold and accelerates the results you want.

Team Retreats

Our experience facilitating team retreats has taught us that a successful session is one where participants feel engaged throughout the session, are heard and their opinions considered and respected, are challenged to think differently, and own the team decisions and plans.

We take pride in being known for our engaging style and we believe that our secret sauce is our ability to anticipate the energy of the room and read the needs of participants. We are able to develop an appropriate agenda that will keep high energy and adjust our approach to keep all participants engaged.
